How We Handle Custom Print Orders

It starts with a personalization inquiry, followed by a review of quantity, deadline, artwork, and the items you want to produce. This helps us confirm whether the project fits our current materials and studio capacity.

Next, we prepare a quote based on the item mix, sizes, and level of personalization. For small team merchandise sets, orders usually run from 10 to 75 items and are priced as a project quote rather than a fixed menu price.

Clear checks before production

From a single gift to a small merchandise run, every order follows a simple review process before printing begins.

Before production, we complete a file-preflight check and send a digital proof for approval. This step is designed to catch layout problems and keep the approved version aligned with the final print plan.

Once approved, production begins and finished items are sorted by variant for collection or delivery. Rush requests are only accepted after files, materials, quantities, and studio capacity have been confirmed.
